Dear Coach,
Congratulations! Your team was one of the top four points winners in your age group for the Indiana BPA Championship Series in 2008! Below is the information on the four tournaments you have earned FREE entry into for 2009. To be eligible for the IBPAC Series free 2009 tournament entries, the following criteria must be met by your team:
1) Sign the IBPAC letter of intent for participation in the four free tournaments in 2009 and submit to BPA Assistant State Director Jon Anderson.
2) A REFUNDABLE deposit of $600 must be submitted to BPA Assistant State Director Jon Anderson by March 1. $150 will be refunded at each of the tournaments after you complete all tournament entry procedures and when you attend and participate at each respective tournament site throughout the 2009 season. You will receive the $150 refund check at respective tournament sites after completion of your first three games.
3) Must retain 60% of your 2008 roster for 2009. You must enter your 2009 roster at www.playbpa.com.
To claim your IBPAC Series prize please sign the letter of intent below and send your $600 deposit (which must be received by March 1, 2009) to:
