Welcome back! We truly hope that you had a great summer and are looking forward to a great school year ahead.

In an effort to streamline the process, FHSAA 2013-2014 State Series Passes are now ordered through C2cschools.com. PLACE YOUR ORDER BY SEPTEMBER 6, 2013 FOR THE BEST PRICING!

Please pay special attention to the new date-sensitive fee structure and table for ordering generic passes as these policies have changed.

Instructions for Ordering State Series Passes via C2C:

These directions will assist schools ordering their State Series Passes in C2C. VERY IMPORTANT that the user that is completing the order has the Financial Administrator privilege checked off for their name in School Users & Staff. You may need to click Menu > Account & Personal > Refresh Permissions for this privilege to be updated to your account.

2. Read the instructions and information listed in the Instructions tab. REMINDER: Be sure to specify whether this is a Neworder or a Revised order. Also include a Purchase Order # if applicable to your school.

1. Access the State Series Passes interface. Menu > {school} > Financial Management > State Series Passes

3. Next visit the Administrators tab and select up to 2 people for complimentary cards. Then go to the Staff tab and select the people you would like to purchase cards for.

4. Last, the Generic tab will list how many Generic cards you qualify to purchase. Select the amount you would like to purchase and verify your order at the bottom. To submit your order, click Save & Submit at the bottom.

You will receive the invoice and the State Series Passes from the FHSAA in the mail.
