The 8th Annual Redondo Beach Rotary Club Casino Night, “Race for the Pot of Gold”, is just 5 weeks away. The doorsopen at 5pm on Saturday, March 17, 2012 “St. Patrick’s Day” at the Toyota Auto Museum at 19600 Van Ness Ave. Torrance, CA 90501.

In order to make the event successful we all must commit ourselves to raising the bar for success. The impact the Rotary Club of Redondo Beach has in the Community and the world depends on making our major fundraiser a success. Among the causes and projects we have support:

All these and many other activities depend on funding. Casino Night is our main way of funding all the humanitarian activities that are needed more than ever before. The impact the Redondo Beach Rotary Club will have on its surrounding community this yearsand next is predicated on the successes we will be able to achieve at Casino Night.

The ticket price for this year’s event will be $60 at the door. Moreover, anyone who pays for their ticket by February 29thwill receive a $10 discount for each ticket. This Early Bird discount price of $50 is only available to people who submit their payments to either \Brynn Dietz, Larry Hashimoto, or pay online on the club Web site by the February 29thdeadline. There will be no exceptions. Each Redondo Beach Rotary Club member is encouraged to sell a minimum of 4 tickets for the event. Of course, everyone is highly encouraged to sell more!

We’ve mailed every member of the Club tickets for the Casino Night Fundraiser. When you submit payment for tickets, it must be accompanied by stubs for the number of tickets sold. This year we are offering a will-call option for tickets paid for in advance, meaning you canleave a ticket(s) at the door for special guests. For questions regarding tickets, please contact me.
