Dear Dover Athletes and Families:

Online registration for the FALL 2016-17 High School and Middle School Athletic programs will begin on July 1, 2016 through our partner company FAMILY.ID (

Note: The only paper/hard form being accepted in the athletic office is the physical exam form. All other necessary forms for athletic participation MUST be done online.

FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, you enter your information once for multiple uses, multiple kids and multiple programs.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR SCHOOL ATHLETICS

PHYSICAL EXAMS: A physical exam, signed by a physician, is valid for 2 years from the date of the exam. However, it must carry the athlete through their entire sports season. If the student’s physical expires during the season, he/she will not be able to practice or play until a new physical exam is received. New physicals must be turned in to the Coach or the Athletic Office.

A parent/guardian must register his/her student athlete. You may do so by clicking on this link and following these steps:

1. Click on the link for the season’s registration form. Scroll to bottom of page and click on Sign Up as a Family or Individual.

2. Sign Up for your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, email address and password. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders)

3. Click on the link in your email confirmation and then fill out the information requested on the registration form.

You will need to register your child each season.
