CONFERENCE PARTNER PAYMENT
Payments for Exhibitor Booth:There are a limited number of conference partner spaces available. AEIRS will assign tabletop exhibit spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Total cost is $1,200 per conference partner booth. To reserve your space, return this form along with a 50% deposit of $600. Once AEIRS receives the deposit, your booth space will be reserved, and anemail confirmation will be sent. The balance of $600 is due on or before May 1, 2015. All payments must be made in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks, payable to the Association of Educators in Imaging and Radiologic Sciences.
