SHARE AN ITEM OF THANKSGIVING -We are coming to a time of the year when we can lift up the praises & thanks of our hearts to our amazing God. We would ask for anyone and everyone to share some items that they are thankful for in this past year. We will be sharing them in our Thanksgiving Day service. Please take a moment in the next few Sundays to fill out a sheet on the Thanksgiving table in the fellowship hall and place it in the box. As a body of believers we have committed ourselves to be there for one another and this is just one small way of sharing the power and majesty of God who blesses us each and every day!

Community Christmas Gift - The Evangelism Committee is planning our 2016 Christmas Gift give away to the Ocheyedan Community. This year we hope to give Hot Cocoa mixes. We hope to be putting the mixes together and distributing them on Saturday, December 3. Lists of items that can be donated to assist in this give away are in the narthex. Thanks for all your help in whatever form you give it!

Remember the Food Resource Bank. Just designate a few bushels of corn or beans for the Ocheyedan CRC Food Resource Bank. It will be greatly appreciated, especially by some 3rd world people that receive help to grow their own crops because you thought enough to help them out.

J Thank You J

The Sonshine Circle Christmas Project is to earn $1000.00 for a motorized irrigation pump for UCI which is JeanJean and Kristie Mompremier’s ministry in Haiti. A pump will help 5 families. Two thirds of the cost of the pump will be paid back by the farmers over the next 2 years and used to buy another pump for a different association of farmers. A box in the back of church will be used to collect the funds. Please make your checks to Sonshine Circle. We would love for the church to join us in this project. If there are any funds left over we will ask them to designate them for the nutrition center for toward the education of students. Thank You! Please donate by December 14th.
