Welcome to Central Hills!

Reservations are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
Reservations will not be confirmed until reservation request form (completed in its entirety) and deposit ($10.00 for each anticipated participant) have been received.
Deposits are not transferable (another group or another date) and will be applied toward your final bill.
Groups must have a minimum of 20 participants for groups/events.
A final number of participants is to be reported to Central Hills Baptist Retreat seven days prior to arrival. This number will represent the minimum number of meals you will be billed for. For example, if you report 10 guests for 3 meals but only bring 5 guests, you will still be charged for 10 guests for each meal. This billing practice does not apply to lodging.
An invoice for payment will be mailed to the sponsor following the event.
Cancellations must be made by mail 31 days prior to the date of the event in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to reservation date will result in forfeitureof the deposit.

CONFERENCE ROOMS
The conference room fee will be $15.00 per hour per room for Mississippi Baptists and $20.00 for non-Mississippi Baptists.
ACTIVITIES
Adventure/Challenge Ropes Course: Low Ropes Course: $60.00 per hour for Mississippi Baptists (maximum of 15) and $65.00 per hour for non-Mississippi Baptists (maximum of 15.)Only available for use with certified Central Hills staff.

Adventure/Challenge Ropes Course: High Ropes Course: $70.00 per hour for Mississippi Baptists and $75.00 per hour for non-Mississippi Baptists. Maximum of 15. Only available for use with certified Central Hills staff.

Archery: $20.00 for one hour and $10.00 each additional hour (maximum of 10 people per hour).Only available for use with certified Central Hills staff.
Canoeing: $3.00 per person per hour (minimum of 12) for Mississippi Baptists and $3.50 for non-Mississippi Baptists. Each additional hour is $2.00 per person. Only available for use with certified Central Hills lifeguards.
Campfire: $25.00, no campfires started after 9 p.m. Only available for use with certified Central Hills staff.
Gym (Regulation size): $50.00 for one hour and $25.00 each additional hour (or part hour) per group.
Horseback Riding: $12.00 per person per hour for all Mississippi Baptists and $14.00 per person per hour for all others. Each additional hour will be $8.00 and $10.00 respectively. Minimum of 8 people. An adult chaperone must accompany groups. Horses will be ridden only on designated trails. The trail ride lasts 1 hour. Only available for use with certified Central Hill staff.
Lake: Fee of $5.00 per person per day. Fishing from the bank is permissible. Boats are not available but groups may bring their own.
Putt-Putt Golf:$30.00 for one hour and $15.00 each additional hour (maximum of 10 people per hour).
Riflery: $30.00 for one hour and $15.00 each additional hour (maximum of 10 per hour). Only available for use with certified Central Hills staff.
Swimming Pool:$2.00 per person per hour for Mississippi Baptists and $2.50 per for non-Mississippi Baptists. Minimum of 25. Only available for use with certified Central Hills lifeguards.

Camp Center Lobby: 300 square foot meeting area
Chapel: Seats 200, lighted, open pavilion
Lakeside Worship Area: Seats 200, lighted, Amphitheater-style benches on the south shore.
Lake Picnic Area: Tables are provided at the lake.
RV Building: Seats 175, bathrooms available
Snack Shop: Schedule times with the Camp Manager.

Meals are prepared by the Central Hills staff Monday – Saturday.

Meal time schedules are strictly adhered to; please arrive promptly. Alternate meal times can be scheduled.
