To receive this scholarship, the recipient must bring the award letter and a copy of their first semester transcript with a GPA of 2.8 to Tom Cleary or an officer of the Federated Bank of Chebanse. The bank officer will present the candidate with a check for half of the scholarship amount made payable to the college or university to reimburse the cost of tuition registration or book fees.
