Broadmoor Elementary School volunteers are hard at work in preparation for our annual Fall Carnival to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015. As a school tradition for over twenty years, the Carnival is a major fundraiser for the school.
The money raised during this event funds new computers, reading literacy programs, physical education equipment, teaching materials, and many other educational items that benefit the student body and staff of Broadmoor. The Carnival consists of approximately 35 booths that are organized and operated by the parents and staff of Broadmoor as well as volunteers from the local high school and UL civic/athletic clubs.
We are seeking local businesses and parents to sponsor a booth at the 2015 Fall Carnival. This year, we will again offer $100, $200, and $300 tax-deductible sponsorships. With this donation, your business/family name will be featured on the Carnival T-shirts and the sponsored booth will display your company logo/family name. Students are allowed to wear their Carnival T-shirts year round on spirit-shirt Fridays, and we have also seen many sporting them around town on weekends.
With visibility to over 700 students, their families, 90+ employees at Broadmoor and the general public, your sponsorship is the perfect opportunity to showcase your support for Broadmoor's students.
The deadline to sponsor a booth and reserve a spot on our Carnival T-Shirt is Monday, September 21st. We will accept sponsorships until the day of Carnival. Please make your donation payable to Broadmoor.
