World’s biggest electronic music artist,David Guettatakes home the Billboard Music Award for Top Dance/Electronic Artist at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, which aired live last night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. This marks Guetta's third Billboard Music Award win.
TheUEFA EURO 2016’s music ambassador David Guetta recently unveiled the soccer tournament’s official song, an anthem,‘This One’s For You’featuringZara Larsson, which is available digitally for streaming (LINK) and purchase (LINK). Recorded with the help of over one million fans from around the world via a special online online app designed by UEFA,‘This One’s For You’reinforces the same themes of unity and togetherness that form the cornerstone of UEFA’s footballing community. And similarly, those of music.
David Guetta gives back to the community bybringing together 150,000 fans from across the globeunderneath the Eiffel Tower,on June 9thto performafree concert inParis on the Champ de Mars. "This One’s For You"will be performed live by David Guetta & Zara Larsson for the first time at this show and will also perform the songatthe UEFA EURO 2016 opening and closing ceremonies at theStade de France to 80,000 people - broadcast live in 130 countries.
The song will be integrated throughout the tournament, including during the opening and closing sequences for every TV match broadcast. The fan recordings will then feature as part of a special goal celebration music edit that will be played in stadiums every time a goal is scored, meaning that fans from all over the world will be helping to create a unique atmosphere inside the tournament stadiums.Music and soccer go hand in hand so bringing the two together is the perfect unity.
