Fundraiser Basketball Tournament

DATE OF TOURNAMENT:March 16 – 18, 2012

NUMBER OF GAMES:Each team will be guaranteed 3 games.

GAME SITES:Elkhorn Public Schools.

DIVISIONS:Girl’s teams – Grades 6th, 7th, 8th.

Boy’s teams – Grades 6th, 7th, 8th.

* Every effort will be made to create divisions by competitiveness.

ENTRANCE FEES:Registration $125

  • $100 for registration received on or before Feb. 17, 2012
  • One FREEcoaches T-Shirt for registrations received on or before Feb. 17th
  • Seven player roster minimum.
  • Please pay with one check if possible.

Refunds: 50% before the registration deadline. No refund after deadline.

PLAYERS: Players may play in their grade classification or play up toan older division – playing down is not allowed. Players must compete on only one team per division. If a player is on teams at two different grade levels and those levels are combined into a single division, the player may compete for only one of the teams. If incorrect information is submitted, player/teams may be ineligible.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:Official registration form is on the back of this sheet.

Registration Deadline is March 2, 2012. (5:00 p.m. – no exceptions)

  • No changes to roster after March 2, 2011.

The order of arrival of registration form/fees determines the priority of

acceptance if capacity is reached. Tournament capacity is 56 teams.

  • If brackets fill, check/entry form will be returned.
  • The Antler Hoops Committee reserves the right to refuse any team/

coach. This refusal may be dependent upon behavior of coach, team, or player in previous tournaments.

BRACKET INFORMATION:Bracket information will be emailed out Wednesday, March 7th.

AWARDS:Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place.

OFFICIALS/SCOREKEEPERS:Two officials and one scorekeeper will be provided for all games.

Top team on the bracket is Home Team and required to provide a body

to help at the scorer’s table if necessary.
