Maintenance of monitoring devices, fixed system and mobile system during a 2-year period of time, which are placed at points of PTK and the IMC facility which enable recording of broadcasters in almost the entire territory of Kosovo. Fixing potential software malfunctions that appear in the system and bringing the system in a working condition, telephone support via telephone line with a fast guaranteed response time within standard working hours, e-mail support with a guaranteed response time within standard working hours,maintenance via remote access with a guaranteed response time within 24 hours from the notification of the problem at the latest. Through access from the distance, the technician shall have direct access to deviceswhere errors (ERROR-s)can be analyzed and eliminated and when necessary propose a restoration or repair in specific sectors etc.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

III.2.1) Eligibility Requirements:
  1. Statement under oath - the economic operator must meet compliance requirements in accordance with Law. 04/L-042, Article 65.
  2. Certificate of business registration,
  3. Certificate of fiscal no.
  4. Certification by ATK on the payment of taxes, at least until the last quarter-only by the economic operator which is to be awarded the contract,
  5. Certification by the competent court for not being under investigation- only by the economic operator which is to be awarded the contract, not older than three months from the date of notification of contract award,
  6. Certificate of VAT.

  1. A written statement under oath, signed by the bidder using the form specified in the tender dossier, Annex 2 (Original).

III.2.2) Professional Suitability:
  1. Evidence on the performance of similar services proven by a previous contract and a reference in the
last three years,
2. Authorization by the manufacturer of the devices (Xentaurix).
Documents/evidence required:
  1. At least one contract followed by a reference in the last three years, 2012, 2013 to 2014 (copy),
  2. The authorization must clearly contain all the data of the authorizer such as the logo, email addresses, contact phones, sealing and seal. The authorization must also contain the procurement number and procurement name of the project in question. The issued authorization must be valid for at least 2-year period of time. All authorizations must be in original, also IMC reserves the right to verify any document requested and received.

III.2.3) Economic and financial capacity
  1. Turnover in the last three years: 2012, 2013, 2014, whose value must be at least: 240,000.00 eu.

1. Turnover should be evidenced by a certificate which must be original from the bank.
III.2.4) Technical and professional capacity
  1. The company must have a minimum of two workers employed with regular contract, in the field of IT.
Documentary evidence required:
1. University degree or professional certificate in the field of IT, especiallyforsystemmonitoring whichmust be maintained(XentauriX)accompanied with a proof by the tax administration that theseworkers are registered at ATK –TM4 /2014
