Job Purpose
/ To manage and develop the affiliate channel for the Rank brands, including the maintenance and development of the affiliate platform and product, commercial responsibility and managing the network of affiliates.Main Accountabilities
/ · Develop the Affiliate channel and team for the Rank brands through existing and new Affiliate partners.· Plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet targets.
· Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis via e-mail, phone, newsletters and forums.
· Optimise affiliate commercials through reward plan adjustments and brand exposure.
· Liaise with the Product and Ops teams in order to communicate the USPs of the Rank products and promotional roadmaps.
· Liaise with internal departments and external agents (where appropriate) to source the required copy, creative and development work for the affiliate programme.
· Manage the affiliate team.
· Preparing the affiliate channel for a multi-channel marketing future.
· Manage a set of creative, landing pages and bespoke player-facing bonuses.
· Deliver daily / weekly / monthly management KPI/performance reporting to line manager.
· Carry out regular market research and competitive analysis to develop innovative affiliate strategies.
· Attend affiliate conferences and other events/meetings as required.
· Liaise with the Finance department in managing affiliate invoicing and payment process.
· Occasional attendance at meetings in the UK which may involve overnight stays.
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications (relating to specialist knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role).
/ · Gaming affiliate management experience essential.· Ideally proficient in NetRefer or similar affiliate software solution.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Confident individual with excellent communication skills.
· Strong sales background.
· Keen commercial awareness.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Ideally has some experience of managing team.
