Basic Terms and Conditions of members on signing the membership policy/legal waiver.(as attached)
The member agrees to:-
1.Behave in an appropriate socially acceptable manner,
2.Pay Scheduled fees as indicated at the time of joining, or also as fees are reviewed periodically,
All Fees are in Advance, Daily, Weekly or Monthly
On the day, 1st day of theWeek or Month!!!
3. A deposit of One week, is payable on Weekly fees,
Anyone wishing to pay by the week, is to pay 2 x weeks in advance,
And must give a week’s notice on leaving or changing this arrangement.
Anyone failing to give Notice, forfeits said deposit!! See clause 8
4. Accept that a Member is a single individual, student or concession card holder
5. Any discount given for a particular reason, is for that reason and proof of such discount may be required, i.e. produce a concession card
6. Concession= Full time Student, =Pensioner, =Unemployed benefit,
=Medical concession card holder, invalid etc.
Note:- for Single Income, person or family
7. A family is accepted as that, =a group of relatives to a maximum of four persons.
8. Any member leaving for any period above one week in duration is asked to give notice of at least one week or membership fees may vary, depending on the length of said leave.
A fee of one week membership may apply!
9. A PT membertraining below 3 x PT classes per week (i.e 1 or 2 visits) is welcome to use the gym during Open Gym hours(outside PT class times) as catch up, up to 3 x times a week, if all fees are paid up in full. (this is to allow customers even more flexibility).
PT= Personal Training
10. All fees being due at the start of the Session,Week,orMonth
11. Any unpaid fees falling in arrears may incur an administration fee of up to 1 x week’s membership and may by invoiced.
12. Fees in arears are Not entitled to any discounts!!
13. To abide by rules, laws and stated legislation of NSW and the Australian government, which mayapply.
14. Having their identity verified, if required.
15 . All corporate Invoices are (7) seven days payable!!
16. 7 day pass, Terms and conditions, as per those on the Pass itself”
We are trying to be very flexible in our fees, terms and conditions, these simpleConditions allow us to keep fees as low as possible.
