Located in Central America, Costa Rica has coastlines on the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean. The tropical coastal plains rise to Mountains, active Volcanoes, and a temperate central plateau where most people live. A quarter of the land has protected status and the Beauty of Rain Forest Preserves draws more and more visitors each year…and now DDT is coming in FULL EFFECT!
ENTERTAINMENT/ITINERARY:
We want you to be TOTALLY engrossed in Happiness and Fun while we are there. Dreams is working with us to do some joint Parties.
FUN ITINERARY:
• Saturday: "Meet and Greet" and Pajama Party.
• Sunday: Our Private Sit-down Dinner and Formal Masquerade Ball. We will also have a Comedy Show/"Hott Shoes" Contest and Charity Raffle.
• Monday: All Star Sports Jersey Night Party. Wear any Sports Jersey. Hip Hop Concert.
• Tuesday: Beach Party (DDT PARTY SHIRTS PROVIDED).
• Wednesday:(4TH of July) ALL WHITE "INDEPEPENDENCE PARTY". We'll have Red and Blue Glow Stick Party.
• Thursday: Head home EXHAUSTED!!
COMEDY:
We'll have a BIG Comedy Show and Comedy Hosted events throughout the week at ALL of our Events—so we'll be LAUGHING the entire time!
DANCE INSTRUCTION:
We're doing the New Line Dances with Instruction by Doug "X-Man" Hawkins. You'll be dancing the days away and showing off your new stuff at night.
GAMES:
We're working on implementing a new system to get more people involved in the games. You'll be pleasantly surprised. We'll have ONE person as the Game Czar, with a committee, to ensure they run smoothly.
TALENT:
We'll have a LIVE Old Skool Hip Hop Concert:

AIR:
DDT will do airfare from some large Cities where we have 10 or more people. The City Code is LIR (Liberia)—do NOT fly into SJO (San Juan). There is no Shuttle Service from there.
INCENTIVE:
DDT Capos/Agents, per the contract, 25 rooms sold gets you a FREE room AND an Upgrade to the next level of room per majority of type of rooms sold. 13 rooms gets you a free Bed in Double Occupancy.

1) JUNIOR SUITES:

RESERVATION:
Just go to the DDT Website: fill out the online Registration form. The Trip name hasn’t been uploaded yet it says DDT Summer Madness XI-TBA. Reservation must be completed or you are not considered on the trip! You can also fill in the name under “ANY SPECIAL NEEDS BOX”, The website will be updated shortly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
300 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no PENALTY will be assessed.
300-240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty of Total cost of room.
240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty of Total cost of room.
180-120 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty (TOTAL COST OF ROOM).
Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise to cause you to cancel your trip. Dancin' Doug Travel (DDT) always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it's not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Depending on the particular contract, there are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. DDT will assess those fees/penalties according to the particular contract/trip that you are on when resolving your cancellation request.
DDT uses a Payment Schedule ("Layaway Plan") to help facilitate the payments and expense of the trips. The DDT "Layaway" payment schedule(s) noted for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made. Client agrees to be responsible for the layaway amount due at time of Cancellation. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate and/or loss of room. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective today and subject to change until a deposit is received.

It costs us a lot of money and effort to visit several Resorts and select one for our Group. We don't only pay for the rooms, but we also pay costs for the shuttle service, DJs that provide music, Artists for Entertainment, Dance Instructors, Tee-shirts and Masks, Shipping costs, Drink set-ups and Private Dinners.
Those costs are shared by all who attend. By deliberately booking directly with another Travel Agency and attempting to circumvent those costs, you are STEALING from EVERYONE--so please DON'T DO IT.
We know that sometimes it may be due to mis-information, or lack of knowledge. We understand that, and will try to resolve those situations.
Unfortunately, I have to put this out EVERY year, because we always have people who just want to SHOW UP AND TURN UP--but didn't PAY UP.

Colon, hereafter referred to as "Tour Operator," and its affiliated entities and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because "Tour Operator" does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, "Tour Operator" assumes no responsibility for, and can not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.

By sending this form in, you agree to not hold Dancin' Doug Travel (or any other DDT entity), responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event.
