A. INSPECT DCRS EQUIPMENT AND DOCUMENTATION INVENTORY:
a. Is there a complete set of DC plates available in each DCRS? / Refs (b), (d) and (f)
b. DCRS stowed, labeled, neat, electrical items safety checked? MIP 3000/001 Q-1 and Q-2 apply to DCRS. / Refs (b), (d) (f) and (k)
c. Is the DCRS entrance door painted red and the retro-reflective sign on the upper half of the door? / Ref (b)
d. Is there a CCOL posted in the DCRS? / Ref (b)
f. Are DC plates 2 and 3 color-coded? / Ref (d)
g. Does the DCRS contain a copy of the most recent AELs to conduct inventories?
