Welcome and Introductions
Financial Update - Beth Leon
After going through the numbers, the books are in better shape than anticipated. $6125 checking and $47843 Savings (Florida). Taxes were not filed for 2014, but it was decided to hire an accountant to file the taxes for 2015. (There should be no penalty for not filing as long as it is not an ongoing issue.) Beth will work on getting 2015 filed.
Pueblo Update -Drivers covered for both directions. Anyone who would like to join us is still welcome! Kids need to check in with Woj before leaving.
Mandatory Parent NIght - Include Welcome BBQ - July 11- Bonnie Scofield and Lisa Bartlett
Volunteered to coordinate and will work on the event. By adding the meal to the mandatory parent night, we hope to alleviate lines and get more parents to attend. The Meal was already included in the fee packet.
Florida:
Updates - 72 players going - 11 coaches and about 50 tag a longs through KSA. Those going that did not book through KSA will not be able to join in the pep-rally etc.
Shirts update - Karen is working with Jebb at US Recognition and will have samples of the shirts for the seniors to vote on available by the end of the month to order. Will order for ALL JV and Varsity and open order to parents.
King Sooper cards - The cut off didn’t follow our timeline so waiting for final check for 5 families. Going to look into keeping the funds for next Florida trip, will update when we find out.
EagleFest - Karen explained that each sport is asked to participate in the event
Fun Run will be ran by the school and each sport will get the credit for their participants. Need to get them the number and names from football registration.
Punt, Pass, & Kick is football’s event, and Donda has already registered and ordered the supplies (free of charge). Will need boys to work
Spiritwear can be sold at the event. Will discuss before then.
Booth - $250.00 Decided we did not want any additional event, but possibly spiritwear.
Handouts - Similar to homecoming handouts. What do we want to do?
Volunteer Opportunities:
Leads and Volunteers are needed for the following:

Pre-game Meals - weekly during the season and playoffs
Photographers (Freshman, JV and Varsity)
