CYO GOLF LEAGUE
2017
The fee is $115.00 per player. This fee is due upon registration which is due Thursday, February 23rd.
Golfers must qualify before the registration date. In order to qualify participants must submit a scorecard attested by an adult.
a.) 4th 5th and 6th graders must have a score of 65 or less played from the ladies’ tees (red).
b.) 7th and 8th graders must have a score of 65 or less played from the white tees.
Attach attested scorecard to the registration form and return form and return it to the CYO Office. The normal CYO requirements for participation in the CYO program cover all other qualification rules.
If a boy/girl participated in last year’s league, it is not necessary that they qualify this year. Only new players must qualify.
Matches will be played at Springhill Golf Course, Heron Lakes Golf Course, Timbercreek Golf Course and Rock Creek Golf Course on Sunday afternoons. Matches will begin Sunday, March 12th.

Some reminders for the golf league:
No coaching or caddying is allowed for any CYO golfer. Parents are not allowed to coach or carry the golfer’s bag.
The player furthest from the hole is the next to strike the ball.
Carry your bag with you after each shot so you do not have to go back to the fairway after a shot.
ETIQUETTE: No golfer should putt out until all golfers have reached the green. There should be no talking while your opponent is ready to hit. All players must wear a collared shirt.
Count all strokes; putt out all balls; pick up if you reach double par on a hole, e.g., par 3= 6; par 4 = 8; par 5 = 10.
Players should complete nine (9) holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Volunteers are needed during matches. If anyone would like to assist at these matches, please indicate on the registration or call the CYO Office at 441-0805.
