Baseball Camps
Once again, Coach Gianniand Rob Deerwill be hosting great opportunities to improve your game. Take advantage of developing your skills from coaches that have played baseball at high levels and have worked with countless young players to be the best they can be. These camps guarantee that all participants will improve and have fun while doing so. New to the camp lineup is the “Fit to Hit” camp. Thomas Gentile is one of the World Series Dodgers strength coaches. He will be working with players on their functional strength, while implementing strength exercises that are age appropriate and can be performed easily at home. Strength and conditioning can be the overall component that can take any player to the next level.Heading the Infield camp will be Gary Brown. Gary played college ball at Cal State, Fullerton and was a first round draft pick for the San Francisco Giants.Gary won a world series while playing for the Giants.
All camps will be held at The Cactus Shadows High School fields. The parking lot is located at 56th Street just south of Carefree Highway. Baseball Camp Release Form
In consideration of my child’s participation in the Cave Creek Baseball Academy’s New Year’s Baseball Camps, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmlessCave Creek Baseball Academy, Cactus Shadows High School, it successors, assigns, officers, agents and employees from all claims, including liability for bodily injury of whatever kind, including loss of life or property arising out of said baseball camps. Furthermore, I acknowledge that there are risks inherent in my child’s participation in baseball camps and I fully assume all such risks, hazards, and losses which are connected with such activities. I have read this waiver and knowing that the baseball camp is a potentially dangerous activity. I hereby waive and release Cave Creek Baseball Academy, Cactus Shadows High School, its successors, assigns, officers, employees, or agents from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my child’s participation in this activity. I hereby give my permission for my child’s participation in camp activities at Cave Creek Baseball Academy’s Baseball Camps, Cactus Shadows High School. Should emergency medical treatment be needed, I authorize the coach and/or staff, if I cannot be reached by telephone or because of the emergency not allowing sufficient time to make contact, to act on my behalf to approve any reasonable medical treatment deemed necessary by a licensed physician and/or hospital.
