Mix & Match Burger offers customers the opportunity to eat delectable gourmet burgers for a $6 flat fee at this innovative new Glendale eatery, scheduled to open June 2017.

GLENDALE, Calif. June 5, 2017 – Mix & Match Burger, a brand-new Glendale restaurant created for gourmet burger lovers, has announced its grand opening set for June 21, 2017. Mix & Match Burger’s concept focuses on allowing customers to invent their own gourmet burgers with all the toppings they want, all for a flat fee of $6.

“I was fed up with all the gourmet burger places in town,” says Rafi Hovagimian, Mix & Match Burger co-owner. “The quality burger joints were overpriced because additional toppings added up to a ridiculous amount, and the affordable options always lacked quality. What makes Mix & Match burger different from other burger places is its goal of accommodating everyone based on their tastes, preferences, and price range.”

This isn’t the first restaurant for Rafi and Ara Hovagimian, brothers and co-owners of Mix & Match. They both hold an extensive background in the culinary industry and own other successful restaurants in the Los Angeles area.

Besides the burgers that customers can make themselves, Mix & Match offers signature burgers that have been carefully created by an executive chef who has managed multiple fine dining restaurants, including the world-famous Spago in Beverly Hills. There will also be vegetarian options available.

“We highly advocate supporting our local community, and we refuse to let the quality of our ingredients suffer due to cheaper outsourcing options,” says Mix & Match Burger’s head chef. “We believe that uniqueness should be celebrated without the extra fees, so to fulfill this, we have set a flat rate of $6 for our gourmet burgers.”

With a high focus on embracing uniqueness and the cohesiveness of the community, as well as providing truly gourmet food at low prices, Mix & Match Burger is a welcome change to run-of-the-mill burger joints.

To celebrate their grand opening on June 21, Mix & Match will be giving away free sliders all day to every customer at their location at Brand Boulevard and California Avenue in Glendale, California.
