Job Description

New entertainment facility in Pewaukee, WI called SABR has immediate openings for Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, you will create an entertaining atmosphere for our customerswhile focusing on safety as the first line of support to our customers. The ideal candidate is fun and upbeat while being attentive and customer service focused. No experience necessary; we will provide on-the-job training with right candidate.

What to Expect

  • Greet and interact with customers
  • Direct customers to the registration area
  • Explain pricing structure to customers
  • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
  • Collect payment from customers using a cash register or POS system
  • Must have a strong presence to control the combat Battlefields and get combatants through as many Missions as possible
  • Improve quality service by recommending improved processes along with identifying new product and service applications.
