Rates, Terms and Conditions for our Products and Services – Dynasoft Ltd

1. Computer and Networking Repair Services
For on-site, maintenance, repair or general technical work within our committed 4-hour response program:
Travel to and from the customer’s premises, inside Brussels: €35
Travel to and from the customer’s premises, outside Brussels: €45
Man hour labour charge - Standard PC Service: €40
Man hour labour charge - Advanced Service (Server hardware, Networking,...): €55
2. Computer and Networking Maintenance Packages
Premium Maintenance: A set of 70 hours or more for the price of €47 an hour, representing a saving of €8 an hour on our normal hourly rate.
Corporate Maintenance: A set of 50 to 69 hours for the price of €49 an hour, representing a saving of €6 an hour on our normal hourly rate.
Business Maintenance: A set of 30 to 49 hours for the price of €51 an hour, representing a saving of €4 an hour on our normal hourly rate.
Standard Maintenance: A set of 10 to 29 hours for the price of €53, representing a saving of €2 an hour on our normal hourly rate.
These rates only apply to products sold by Dynasoft Ltd, only include labour and can be spread over several months or used in groups of any number the client wishes, as long as they are used up within 12 months of taking up the contract. A separate provision has to be made if a customer wishes to include spares and components in the cover for maintenance.
The smallest payable fraction is 30 minutes. Fractions of 30 minutes or more that have been used will count as one full hour. All contracts apply to both on site, over the phone support or by email or fax.
For travel expenses within Brussels and its ‘communes’, the additional travel expenses charge is €35. For travels beyond this distance but inside Belgium, this charge is €45. It applies per visit, per engineer. Travel expenses outside Belgium, but within driving distance are charged at €0.35 per km, per outgoing and incoming trip.
For example:
2 hours per month or 24 hours per year paid in one advance payment, with one visit per month, under the Standard Maintenance contract works out at: 0.95 * (Labour: 24 x €53) + (Travel expenses inside Brussels: 12 x €35) = €1628.4 per year.
As an indication, we recommend taking up half an hour’s support per pc and per month.

3. Web and Internet Projects
Static HTML Web page: €20 ea.
HTML Forms: €40 ea.
Dynamic CSS/XML Web Pages: €45 ea.
Advanced programming labour charge (Java/WML/CGI/VBS/Javascript/Shockwave…): €60 per hour.
Static and Animated Graphics design: €40 per hour.
4. E-Commerce Consultancy
Legal, tax and company advice: € 300 per hour.

Prices:
· All our prices and rates are given without VAT;
· All our prices and rates are subject to change without prior notice;
· Maintenance contracts only include labour, and travel expenses where relevant. Parts will be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Out-of-pocket costs (additional travelling, labour or overnight stays) will be supported by the customer should Dynasoft suffer such costs and not be responsible for incurring such costs.
· On roll-over contracts, such as on-site maintenance, discounts are given as follows:
· For payment done every month: no discount
· For advance payments of three months at a time, 3 %
· For payments of 6 months in advance, 4%
· For payments equivalent to 12 months: 5%

Payment on delivery anywhere in Europe, through the services of our transport company. A surcharge of 5% is applied by them for such service.
