• Synopsis of research

My research areas include mate choice and mate preferences among secular and religious jewish singles, marital power, spousal influence strategies in purchasing decisions.

• Present Academic Activities

- The marriage market in the Samaria, expected to be completed in April 2010

- Consumer behavior of immigrants from the Former Soviet Union (together with Sabina Lissitsa)

-Intermarriage of immigrants from the Former Soviet Union with native Israelis (together with Sabina Lissitsa).

Books and articles to be published

At these days I am editing a book which is a collection of papers about the integration of Former Soviet Union immigrants in Israel (jointly with Dr. Sabina Lissitsa). We collected 15 papers from experts in various aspects of integration in Israel, and we are currently in the process of finding monetary sources.
