17. Erection & Commissioning of FLS Airtech Baghouse at Cement Mill.

19. Commissioning activity of all the above included No Load Trails & Load Trails where
the checking of Vibration, Temperature, any blockages, dummy, belt sways, oil
level, greasing of bearing & couplings etc.
Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Planning, safety of workmen & machine, Execution of weekly & Major Maintenance of packing plant-1, 2, 3 & 4 and its auxiliary equipment’s.
2. To check and record daily the health of the equipment’s in packing plant, cement silos, truck bulk loading system & wagon bulk loading system.
3. Scheduled maintenance of OK MILL 39.4 as per the manual & physical observation.
4. To arrange for overhauling & repair of the equipment’s.
5. To interact with other department personnel for proper maintenance and to impart
Smooth working of the equipment.
6. To observe the safety acts and condition strictly to avoid accidents.
7. To work for the implementation of the TPM, ISO-9000-2000, ISO-14001, OHSAS-
18001 etc.
8. To brief the superior from time to time regarding the health condition of the
Equipment’s.
9. Spares planning and procurement.
10. As required Packer AMC work can be done & followed.
Project Job Responsibilities:
1. To select the equipment’s as required for the new project, to send enquiries to various renowned suppliers seeking them for their quotations.
2. Prepare comparative statements for the various equipment’s and to submit for procurement. Prepare before and after negotiations statements and forward to Purchase department.
3. Following up the parties for the project execution documentation and submission of drawings for our approval. Checking the drawings throughly and to send the comments to the supplier.
4. Preparing the task schedules by means of bar charts and to see that the works being completed in time as per schedule.
5. Indented spares for equipment’s.
6. Approved billing break ups submitted by all suppliers.
7. Preparation of Project schedule and Micro schedules.
8. Preparation of Commissioning documents and Protocols.
9. Preparation of Non Conformity Reports and Punch list.
10. Trial runs of equipment’s with proper documentation.
11. Resolve site related issues by consulting Design & Erection team.
12. Preparing and tracking status on the project schedule, including getting critical gaps closed.
13. Coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
14. Receiving the project equipment, inspection and keep the equipment for safe storage as well as easy retrieval for in time erection.
15. Checking the fabrication of equipment which are site fabricated by the contractor appointed by management, checking the foundations and alignment of equipment’s on the foundations & Alignment of equipment and drives.
16. Co-ordination with inter departmental section like Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Stores, process, dispatch and Accounts.
17. Erection & Commissioning of above equipment’s.
18. Worked in maintenance department & handled packing plant sections 1, 2, 3 & 4.As a section in charge of 4 units for 3 1/2-years in Vasavadatta cement-sedam.
19. Presently working in M/S ORIENT CEMENT chittapur green field project & looking the same sections for maintenance after commissioning of the plant i.e. sections cement mills-02 nos & packing plant-5 nos of 16 spout packer erection & commissioning successfully, looking same sections for maintenance.
MODIFICATION DONE IN PACKING PLANT SECTION:
1. Integration jobs like bin to bin (from one bucket elevator we can run 2 nos of packers at a time).
2. Integration jobs in packing plant for bulk loading system as per site condition.
3. Open wagon loading arrangement already made ready as per site condition, we have done in existing machines i.e Model WLM-2028.
4. Truck Bulk loading from all the packer bins done in existing system.
5. Modification done in WLM-2028 wagon loading machines for to load 1397 bags in BCNHL rake with proper stacking containing 13 rows.(done in Vasavadatta cement)
6. Major modification done in Packer spillage screw conveyor, complete 1 no of screw conveyor removed from the system in all 5 packers 16 spout circuit removed, power saved up to 27.5kw & removed screw conveyor can be used as a spare for the balance running screw conveyor.
7. Major modification done in packing plant i.e for packer circuit 2 nos of fan is running for bag cleaning purpose both side radial & tangential sides.We have done modification & only 1 no of fan is sufficient for cleaning the bags both sides & 1 no of fan is kept as a stand by.In this way we have saved the power 46.5kw.
