Please read the information below carefully, select the locations you wish to transfer to on the next page and sign and date the form before submitting to Human Resources Services.

• Permanent CUPE staff are eligible to engage in a transfer process into the same position (with the same job title) they currently hold in a different location.

• By indicating an interest in a particular position and location, the employee acknowledges that if a position they have listed is available, they may be placed in such a position without further consultation and they will not have the right to refuse such a position when assigned to it.

• Employees being moved through the transfer process will be advised of their new assignment by no later than July 29th. Every employee who submits a transfer form will receive an email confirmation indicatingwhat location they will be transferring to or indicating that based on their choices a match could not be made at another location.

• Transfers cannot result in an increase in hourly rate or FTE. Those employees who have been grand-parented at an hourly rate shall move with the grand-parented hourly rate.

Please identify your choice of locations in order of priorityon the next page. Although the order of priority may provide guidance in the transfer process there is no guarantee that transfers granted will reflect this priority. Do no indicate interest in a position, regardless of the priority you assign to it, unless you are prepared to be transferred into that location. If you have any restrictions, i.e. hours, alternating day schedule, please explain in the box below.
