Initial Meeting (introduction of project idea) September 5 & 6, 2013
Statement of Intent Due September 26, 2013
Parent Acknowledgement Form Due September 26, 2013
Conferencing with Cadet Connection 12 Teacher October 24 & 25, 2013
Mentor Agreement Form Due October 24 & 25, 2013
Mentor Check #1 Due November 7, 2013
Last Possible Date to Change Project January 10, 2014
Mentor Check #2 Due February 6, 2014
Mentor Check #3 Due March 6, 2014
Reflective Essay Due (FINAL DRAFT) March 20, 2014
Time Log Due (Hours Totaled & Mentor Signature) March 20, 2014
Oral Presentation Request Form Due to Mrs. Felton March 20, 2014
Teacher: Turn in graded essay (rubric on top) to Mrs. Felton ASAP (Before Spring Break)
Parent Confirmation Form Due at SLC April 16-18, 2014
“DROP DEAD” DAY April 18, 2014

Resubmission: Oral Presentation May 19, 2014
(ONLY for students who presented on May 5 and did not pass.
If student is a “No-Show” on May 5, the next presentation date is
AFTER the graduation ceremony; therefore, student will not attend
graduation ceremony but may still earn diploma if all requirements are met.)
