Number / Name of Horse / Pony Height / Class Numbers / Rider / Rider Date of BirthEvery entry at the CTHJA Final Show shall constitute an agreement and affirmation that the person making it, along with the owner. lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider and horse: (1) shall be subject to the constitution and the rules of the Central Texas Hunter & Jumper Association (CTHJA) and the local rules of the show; (2) that every horse, rider, and/or driver is eligible as entered; (3) that the owner and any of his representatives are bound by the constitution and rules of the association and the show and will accept as final decision of the Hearing Committee on any question arising under said rules and agree to hold the show, the CTHJA, their officials, directors, and employees harmless for any action taken; that the owner, rider/driver and any of their agents and representatives agree to hold these associations, the show and their officials, directors, employees and agents harmless for any injury or loss suffered during or in conjunction with the show, whether or not such injury or loss resulted directly or indirectly from negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents of these associations or show. Further the undersigned agrees to hold the CTHJA Final Show, the San AntonioRosePalace, and CTHJA, their employees, and show management, harmless to lost, destroyed, or stolen property and for any injury to horse, exhibitors, and spectators before, during or after the show. Warning - Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), a farm animal professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in farm animal activities resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal activities
