NOMINATION PROCEDURES
1.0Nominations are due per pipeline segment the month preceding the month of nomination request. If due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday nomination is due the preceding Friday. Nominations for each pipeline segment(s) are due as follows:

2.0Nominations must be entered through Transport4 (T4). All nominations must reflect the following information in T4 – See SLW Crude System Transport4 Reference manual on how to make a nomination.
- Crude Types must be an approved product type listed in the Sunoco Pipeline Viscosity Table available under the tariff section in the customer tool.
- All new crude type not listed on viscosity table must be approved prior to movement. Shipper must submit current assay for consideration.
3.0In the event that nominations on a pipeline system exceed capacity of the line, it will be prorated per applicable tariff rules. Each shipper will receive a T4 bulletin declaring proration. After the pipeline system is prorated, each shipper will be notified by email of their allocated space and will be required re-nominate in T4 their allotted volume by the deadline specified in the email. All nomination origins and destinations must be finalized and updated in T4 no later than the 25th of the preceding month.

PRORATION POLICY
Each pipeline segment proration policy can be found in the corresponding tariff online at contact the corresponding scheduler.
Proration notices will be sent to all shippers on the corresponding line segment through Transport4 (T4). Shippers must ensure bulletins and alerts are setup in their Transport4 (T4) account. After line segment is prorated each shipper will be notified of their allocation and is required to make the necessary nomination revision in Transport4 (T4) by the deadline sent in their emailed allocation notice.
