Dear Inlet Cove Homeowner:
In accordance with the Inlet Cove Homeowners Associations’ By-laws, please be advised that the Annual Meeting for the Inlet Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., will be heldon Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. (sign-in begins at 6:45 p.m.) at LortonStationElementary School’s Cafeteria, located at 9298 Lewis Chapel Road, Lorton, VA 22079.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors. Any owner of a home in Inlet Cove who wishes to serve on the Board of Directors may fill out the attached Candidate Statement and mail it to the Management office prior to the Annual Meeting. Please mail Candidate Statement to:

In accordance with the requirements under Article lll, Sections 3.05 and 3.06 of the Bylaws, all Association members are also hereby put on notice that if we do not achieve the fifteen percent (15%) quorum requirement at this initial 7:00 p.m. Annual Meeting, another Annual Meeting will be held at 7:15 p.m. that same evening at the same location, at which time the quorum requirement will be reduced toseven and one half percent (7.5%).
If you will not be able to attend in person, or if you are unsure whether you will be there, please complete, sign and date the enclosed Proxy Form, and either (1)send it to Service First Management & Consulting by mail (at 12084 Cadet Court, Manassas, VA 20109) or by fax (at 703-392-5039)so that it is received no later than 5 pm on November 30, 2009, or (2) give it to your appointed proxy so that he or she can bring it to the meeting and submit it at the time of registration. Your presence at the meeting(s), either in person or by proxy, is extremely important.
