POSITION SUMMARY
This position will function within the Finance/Administration Division providing key focus on data integrity and data resources.

SCOPE
This position will align with all departments to identify areas of concern, make recommendations for course of action and follow-up to further the development of the organization as it relates to CRM and data resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as lead liaison for CRM, which includes the coordination of data management and collaboration with designated staff in each department to ensure platform optimization
- Respond to user concerns/issues and manage project request submission to CRM vendor
- Conduct basic CRM training for new hires, identify areas of needand conducton-going training for internal users as necessary
- Evaluate CRM data, identify needs and make recommendations on procedures to improve data integrity for the various departments
- Design and prepare reports in CRM for multiple departments as directed
- Collaborate with the experience department on CRM Standard Operating Procedures to improve account listings, facility details, amenities and categories to maximize usage of website, Partnernet and the distribution of leads, service requests and referrals
- Approve all “Listings” (website descriptions/categories/images) new or changed within extranet
- Collaborate with marketing department to evaluate website content and data tomake recommendations for the future development to deliver a more robust experience for the visitor/user
- Coordinate and complete internal and external research projects in a timely manner as requested
SUPERVISION
This position reports directly to the Director of Business and Research Analysis
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Education Level –Bachelor’s degree required
Experience –At least three years of related experience
Specific Skills:
- Advanced user knowledge of Simpleview CRM System preferred
- Extensive computer background and knowledge (Microsoft office products) preferred
- Ability to understand and juggle the competing priorities of departments across an organization
- Good communication skills and the ability to comprehend instructions and follow through without assistance and/or supervision
- Demonstrated organizational, project and time management skills
- Proven ability to build effective business relationships, both internally and externally
- Ability to function in a continually changing environment is mandatory, and must demonstrate strong self-initiative and follow through
