1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
This document will outline the functional changes made to this release. It will detail any new features, enhancements to existing functionality and list changes made due to existing functionality not working as expected.
1.2. Audience
This document is primarily for the customer, so they have a clear understanding of what is included compared to previous releases. Internal stakeholders such as sales, product/client managers and Release Management personnel will also have visibility to this document and be involved in the review process.
2. DTIs
2.1. New functionality
CRIS-266 / McKesson DTIDescription / Implementation of new DTI for McKesson PACS
Resolution / The McKesson DTI has now been integrated into the CRIS application.
This is a bi-directional COM and web-based integration allowing context changes within either CRIS or PACS to be synchronized instantly and consistently.
'Interrupted workflow' is not implemented within this initial integration.
Fixed in / 2.09.10r1e
3. Vetting
3.1. Resolved Issues
CRIS-686 / ‘Refer request’ dialog is too small, making the ‘Name’ filter unusable.Description / The 'Refer request' dialog which is used to assign a 'practitioner' to an event within the 'Protocol' screen, is too small. So when the 'drop down table' is displayed, the associated 'Name' filter box hasn't got the room to fully expand, thus preventing the user from entering any filter string.
Resolution / Increased the default size of the Referrer Dialog box to allow use of the Practitioner filter.
Fixed in / 2.09.10r1e
CRIS-687 / Incorrect ‘Vetting’ status set on event if no assigned practitioner.
Description / When the user opens the 'Refer Request' dialog to assign a practitioner to the event, but decides to cancel the operation, the event status is still set to 'Vetted - Referred'. The status should remain unchanged.
Resolution / The referrer dialog in vetting now respects its cancel button. If cancel is pushed, events will no longer still be set to referred and the workflow will not continue.
Fixed in / 2.09.10r1e
CRIS-688 / Protocols take too long to display in ‘Protocol’ screen.
Description / When the 'Protocol' screen is displayed, the protocols are taking far too long to load. Repeated database calls to load all protocols are being made.
Resolution / Implemented caching on protocol loading. Protocols are now loaded with 2 queries significantly boosting load times.
Fixed in / 2.09.10r1e
4. Voice Recognition
4.1. Resolved Issue
CRIS-689 / VR issue affecting the ‘Verify Report’ commandDescription / When attempting to verify a report using the "Verify Report" voice command, no action is taken with the system remaining in Reporting mode.
Resolution / The ‘action’ that performs both the ‘VR Verify’ and the ‘GUI Verify’ was registered incorrectly. The ‘action’ is now registered correctly and the expected behavior has returned.
