Issues reported in a particular release, HEAD or otherwise, may also be pertinent to other releases of CRIS.

4.1Diary

231121 - Saving typed changes in appointment diary using search forward
Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10d.4, 2.09.10e Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The ability to type and save changes to the fields displayed for the event and exam on the appointment diary in the bottom right section does not work if you have the XR setting GENERAL.ForceReloadOnListSelect turned on and you use search forward.
Resolution: It is now possible to make changes to the exam code in the diary and use the search forward button to make the appointment for the amended exam code even when the GENERAL.ForceReloadOnListSelect setting is set to yes.
231031 - Diary Search Forward problems with rooms at other sites
Reported in: Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)
Description: Search Forward can take a long time to complete and not book the correct length of slots when different sites have different exams lengths configured in ExamsPerHospital.
Resolution: When using Search Forward, exams are now booked for the correct length of time depending on site and the diary is no longer blocked for periods of up to 2 minutes.
231092 - Diary can become blocked when using search forward
Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)
Description: When using right click on exam and search forward in the Diary, the application can become completely blocked.
This is because search forward starts a new thread that calls some Swing methods outside of the AWT event thread, and both threads are trying to obtain the same lock, deep within the Swing internals.
Resolution: The Diary is no longer at risk of becoming blocked when using the right-click Search Forward action.
231097 - Incorrect examinations displayed in diary after search forward
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10d.4, 2.09.10e Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Sometimes the wrong examination is displayed as though selected in the diary view and exam details after performing a search forward
Resolution: Incorrect examination details should no longer be shown in the diary when using search forward after focusing the examination details on a previous event.
230665 - Search Forward
Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: The Search Forward option does not work if you use it by right clicking on the exam in the scratchpad.
However if you use the Search Forward Button below the calender, it works fine.
Resolution: Now the right click "Search Forward" menu option on events in the diaries scratch pad uses the same method as the "Search Forward" button under the calendar on the diary.
Incident No. CSC 547190 Problem No. CSC PR548914

4.2Dictation

230998 - Modifying exams when reporting
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: Dictation icon is not displayed if you delete the first exam whilst dictating a multi exam event.
Resolution: Dictations are now updated to always hold the exam key of the first exam in an event.
230417 - Incorrect locking of dictation
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: The following workflow causes a dictation to be incorrectly locked.
- Event allocated to intended clinician A
- Clinician A access report info list opens dictation page for event ( whilst in dictation mode)
- Decide they need to reallocate to another report so clicks event details tab- changes intended clinician to Clinician B. Press save then Save and dictate and the F5 out of event.
- Clinician B opens report info list. If they have 'show dictation' ticked the event shows with a locked dictation icon. If not they miss it from their list altogether.
-Clinician B opens dictation page and has to click edit to allow dictation - even though no dictation exists.
Resolution: The scenario outlined in this issue no longer leaves a lock on the dictation.
230237 - Blank dictation status
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: It is possible to create a dictation with a blank status if you dictate from the report info list with auto select next event.
Resolution: Can now propogate through the 'Report Info Lists' performing various dictation functions without error. Dictation status is correctly set during event processing.

4.3Event Details

224315 - Moving events to different sites
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: cturner (chris turner)
Description: A change has been made recently so that a confirmation dialog is displayed when a user attempts to move a foreign event to their site. This dialog gives the user the option to change the site, keep the site the same or cancel the action. There are some sites where all the appointments are created at a central booking site and then attended at sites around the trust. With this setup confirmation of the change of site will be required for every event.
message pops up when they accept an order and turn it into a request. they want to keep the existing site code once accepted
Resolution: New XR setting added GENERAL.DefaultChangeSiteAction to control default behaviour of change site conformation dialog.
Incident No. CSC 547176 Problem No. CSC 547740, CSC 547892
230434 - Losing orders with invalid lead clinician
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: If an order has an invalid lead clinician then attempting to save as an event will fail due to a database constraint. The order no longer appears on the orders list.
Resolution: Lead clinician is now validated correctly when creating an event from an order.
231056 - Error loading patient when filtering orders by site
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: If the OCMS.FIlterOrderBySite XR setting is set to yes then an error is displayed when loading a patient.
Resolution: The filtering of orders by site code when loading a patient now works correctly without error.
230578 - Cancel reason comment dialog when not cancelling an order
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: pkiernan (Patrick Kiernan)
Description: The message informing that only the first 200 characters of the status comment will be sent as the cancel reason is displayed, even when the event is not being cancelled.
Resolution: The truncation message now only appears when changing the event to a request rejected type status.
Incident No. CSC 547972 Problem No. CSC PR549140
229994 - Referral source description occasionally incorrect.
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: When changing the referral source field to a different referral source of type C, the description is sometimes incorrect. Sometimes it remains as the previous referral source description, and sometimes shows as "Not Entered".
Resolution: The referrer, referral source/location tooltip is now executed correctly, allowing all the appropriate promptfield text to be updated.
229990 - Incorrect referral source details being saved
Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10e, 2.09.10d.4 Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: It is possible for an event to have incorrect referral source details stored against it.
Resolution: The selected referral source is now saved to the event correctly, so when the event is reloaded the previously configured referral source value is still present.
