1b. All items on price list receive a 12% discount from the list price and 2% higher than breakpoints shown on Crest/Good price list.

2. Maximum order – $200,000 for Sin 563 25
3. Minimum Order $25.00
4. Geographic coverage – 48 contiguous states plus, Washington D.C. No shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
5. Points of Production – All products are manufactured within the US
6. Discount from Price list – Basic discount will be 12% from Crest/Goodprice list dated April 23, 2013
7. Quantity discounts – See approved price list dated 4-23-2013 for quantity breakpoints. If the price of the established quantity breakpoint is lower than the Government’s 12% basic discount, the lower price will prevail for the Government.
8. Prompt payment Terms – 2% 10 net 30 for non-credit card payment
