What will you do?
- Using your strong investigation and analytical skills you will:
- Monitor and track high risk credit accounts activity for American Express;
- Make recommendations to reduce risk on card member’s high risk accounts
- Review and decide risk level of card members to avoid increasing credit loss
- Identify potential risk by analyzing card member’s spend behavior and nature of spend to determine willingness to pay
- Determine fraudulent intent against genuine credit concern and recommend next steps
- Interact with our international teams to share reports and intelligence
Who you will be
- Passionate and committed professional with excellent Japanese writing skills and good verbal Japanese and English verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical with strong investigation skills
- Driven for results and relish the challenge to solve difficult problems autonomously
- Knowledgeable with in-depth understanding of Credit policy, OR you are a quick learner
- A strong team player with good planning and organizational skills
