Smart Views

Creating Smart Views in the duo Grade Centre

1

Introduction

The Grade Centre allows you to customise views to show only the information you need. For example, you can create a view that shows only the students in your tutor group, or a view that shows only summative assignments.

This guide shows how to create the following Smart Views:

Course Group: view by duo site Group

Performace: view by student score on activities recorded in the Grade Centre

User: view by individual user(s)

Category and Status: view by activity category (e.g. Test, Assignment) and/or by marking status (e.g. Needs Marking)

Custom: create your own Smart View using any of the parameters above

 Tip: When you have created your Smart View, you can access it by going to the Grade Centre, clicking Filter and then choosing your View name. If you set your Smart View as a Favourite, it will appear in the Control Panel on the duo site.
