2015 -2016 Membership Awards

Certificates will be awarded for:

1.100% Teacher/Principal Membership

To be awarded to units where every full time teacher in the school and the Principal(s) are members.

2.Maintaining Membership

To be awarded to units that have at least as many members this year as last year.

3.25% Increase

Unit membership increased 25% over previous year.

  1. Outstanding Membership Campaign participation

Submit a brief description (No more than 300 words) of this campaign to include how the campaign was marketed, membership increase experienced from the campaign, and how the Principal was engaged. Photos, newsletter articles, letters to parents, and supplemental materials may be included to portray the effectiveness of the campaign to include no more than four single-sided pages total. Please label the top of the attached materials “Outstanding Membership Campaign” along with local unit name. Membership increase will be verified by number of members already submitted to Indiana PTA as of awards deadline.

  1. 100 Club – Having 100-199 members by the March 15 dues deadline

200 Club – Having 200-299 members by the March 15 dues deadline

300 Club – Having 300-399 members by the March 15 dues deadline

400 Club – Having 400-499 members by the March 15 dues deadline

Plaques will be awarded for:

1.50% Increase

Unit membership increased 50% over previous year.

2.Outstanding Membership Achievement Award (one (1) unit per region)

This is for the highest percentage of increase in members from 2014-2015 numbers. Unit must have

had at least 50 members the previous year.

  1. Outstanding Membership Campaign

Outstanding Membership Campaign will be awarded to one local unit in Indiana displaying the best membership Campaign. (See criteria above)

4.100% Matching Membership

*Example – If, at the time of this report, you have 400 students enrolled and you have 400 PTA members, you have earned the 100% Matching Membership Award.

5. 500 Club - Having 500-599 members by the March 15 dues deadline

600 Club - Having 600-699 members by the March 15 dues deadline

700 Club - Having 700-799 members by the March 15 dues deadline

800 Club - Having 800-899 members by the March 15 dues deadline

900 Club - Having 900-999 members by the March 15 dues deadline

1,000 Club - Having 1,000 + members by the March 15 dues deadline

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR ANY MEMBERSHIP AWARD, A UNIT MUST MEET THE NOVEMBER 15 AND MARCH 15 DUES AND REMITTANCE FORM DEADLINE.
