Entry Rules
Please review ALL of the entry ruleslisted below, BEFORE entering the 2007LOGO DESIGN CONTEST. If you have questions or need clarification, please e-mail Tracee Garner at .
ALL entries will be reviewed and judged by the 2007 Technical Assistance Planning Committee judges and an experienced design team. To ensure your entry meets all the requirements, please follow ALLthe rules, below.
- Entrants must have some form of disability
- You may enter no more than two [2] drawings to be considered for the contest. Your first two [2] received entries will be judged and anything thereafter will be discarded or returned (if an SASE has been provided)
- Please fill out a separate entry form for each drawing you enter into the contest
- Artwork can be 1) on paper (drawings, paintings, sketches, watercolor, etc.) or 2) electronic (for example, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or other software)
If your artwork is on paper, please do not send the original, as we can not ensure safe mailing.Entries can only be returned if you supply a Self-Addressed Stamp Envelope (SASE) with sufficient postage for your package
If you submit an electronic file of your artwork, we prefera high quality version (200 to 300 dots per image (DPI)). If you have questions about submitting your file, please contact us.
- If your entry is selected as a finalist, you will need to sign a release that states that the artwork is 1) your original work and 2) does not include copyrighted images, text, or other materials (for example, pictures off the Internet or from a magazine).
- Entrants must be between the ages of 13 – 30 years old
- Please do not send any drawings/entries that have won previous awards or been awarded finalists/honorable mentions in other contests
You will be notified via e-mail that your package was received or you may enclose a postage paid postcard to be sent to you upon receipt (please do not call the office to inquire about the status of your entry).
The final decision rests with the 2007 TA Institute Planning Committee judges and design team.
The winner will be notified via phone and e-mail.
Any entries received after April 9, 2007 at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will not be judged.
