e-Mail Marketing Software

e-Campaign is an easy to use bulk e-mail mailing list software. e-Campaign bulk e-mail software enables you to easily design rich HTML e-mails and newsletters, and deliver personalized HTML e-mails to your target audience using mailing lists.

e-Campaign sends a personalized/separate copy of your e-mail message to each address in your list (one at a time). Each recipient sees only his/her e-mail address in the To: field.

Create a New Mailing Job

·  Click the New Mailing Job button on the toolbar … or, click File / New Mailing Job on the menu

·  In the New Mailing Job Wizard - Step 1 dialog box, verify that the Sender information is correct, and then click the Next button

·  In the New Mailing Job Wizard - Step 2 dialog box, enter a description for this mailing job in the Mailing Job Title field

·  To the right of Format, select an e-mail type for the e-mail message

NOTE: If you select HTML & Plain Text, e-Campaign will send a multi-part message containing both an HTML and plain text version, so that even those recipients whose e-mail programs do not support HTML can still read it.

·  Under Recipient Info, click the Mailing List button or the Browse button to browse for mailing list files

·  In the Open dialog box, navigate to the mailing list file you want to use, select it, and then click the Open button

The name of the mailing list file you selected appears in the Mailing List field …

·  If the E-mail address field does not populate automatically, click the drop-down arrow to view a list of fields (columns) in the mailing list file, and select the field (column) that contains the e-mail addresses

·  If the Delimiter field does not populate automatically, click the drop-down arrow and select commas(,),semicolons(;) or tabs

·  Click the Finish button

The Message Composer screen displays …

The mailing list file you selected displays in the To: field

·  Click in the Subject field and enter a Subject for the e-mail message

There are three (3) tabs on the Message Composer screen …

Tab 1 … Displays the mailing list file you selected and the Subject of the message

Tab 2 … The e-mail Sender information can be modified from this tab

Tab 3 … Can be used to send different attachments to different recipients

·  Enter the text of your e-mail message in the message text box … and, if needed, format your text using the toolbars at the top of the Message Composer screen

·  When finished, click the Save button to save the message

·  You are returned to the main e-Campaign screen

Your mailing job will be highlighted at the top of the screen …and the text of your message appears at the bottom of the screen

·  To edit the mailing job, including the message text, click the Modify this Mailing Job button at the top of the screen

·  To preview the mailing job, click the Preview Mail Merging Results button at the top of the screen

·  To start your e-mailing, click the Start E-mailing button at the top of the screen

·  In Job column you will see a Mailing Job Indicator to the left of the Mailing Job Name …

·  The OK column will show you how many messages were sent successfully

·  The Failed column will show you how many messages were not sent successfully

·  The Status column will show you the amount of time it took to complete the mailing job

·  To exit e-Campaign, click File / Exit on the menu
