CPS 1603 Microsoft Project Professional 2016 and Project Web App
1.1 Who should attend?
This course is aimed at anyone new to ProjectOnline / Microsoft Project Server 2013, who needs to manage and control projects in an enterprise environment.
1.2 Learning Objectives
By the end of this course delegates will be able to:
· Create a new project from Microsoft Project Professional or Project Web App.
· Create a list of tasks
· Create different types of dependencies between tasks
· Use Manual and Automatic Scheduling to control the plan
· Use Inactive tasks to create scenarios
· Build a team of resources
· Assign resources to tasks
· Set Baselines for the project
· Track progress through the project
· Navigate around Project Web App

1.3 Pre-requisites
No prior knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional is required for this course. Knowledge or experience of project management methodologies would be useful but is not essential.

This is a one day course that typically runs from 09:30 to 16:30 with an hour for lunch.
