SUBJECT:Deliberative sessions: Zoning Petition ZP 702, Maine Mountain Power, LLC; and Zoning Petition ZP 709, TransCanada Maine Wind Development, Inc.

On January 14th, the Commissioners will hold deliberative sessions at the St. PaulCenter in Augusta, Maine, to consider the rezonings and Preliminary Development Plans for the wind power projects proposed by Maine Mountain Power, LLC under Zoning Petition ZP 702, and by TransCanada Maine Wind Development, Inc. under Zoning Petition ZP 709. The sessions are open to the public, but there will not be opportunity for the public or the Parties to offer comments. This meeting will be audio recorded and will be broadcast live via LURC’s website:
