Requirements for the Major

B.A. in Spanish: 27 credits at the 300 level or above. Required courses: 301W and 302W or 306W, 401W, 402W, 453W, 460W, 9 credits of electives including a minimum of 3 credits in culture.

B.A. in Modern Languages: 48 credits. Requirements: 24 credits at the 300 level or above including 301W/302W or 306W in the primary language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish); 12 credits at the 300 level or above including 301W/302W or 306W in a secondary language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish); 12 credits at any level in a third language (any of the languages offered in the department).
