Course information
The ARCO blended online training course is for school Anti-Racism Contact Officers and executive with delegated responsibility for handling complaints of racism as required by the Anti-Racism Policy (2005). Training consists of 2 face to face sessions and online modules. The course develops the knowledge and skills for nominated ARCOs to understand:
· the effects of racism in schools and ARCO roles and responsibilities
· understand legislation, policies and guidelines relevant to the role
· develop the skills required to deal with complaints of racism
