County Court (Bailiff's Fees) Order 1996
1.Objective
The objective of this Order is to specify the fees that are to be taken for work performed by County Court Bailiffs consequent upon the revocation of the County Court (Bailiff's Fees) Order 1986[1].
2.Authorising provision
This Order is made under section 28 of the County Court Act 1958.

3.Fees to the bailiff
The fees payable for work performed by the bailiff are as set out in the following Table—

1.General Information
The County Court (Bailiff's Fees) Order 1996, S.R. No. 31/1996 was made on 23 April 1996 by the Governor in Council under section 28 of the County Court Act 1958, No.6230/1958 and came into operation on 23April 1996.
The County Court (Bailiff's Fees) Order 1996 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 23 April 2006 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2.Table of Amendments
This Version incorporates amendments made to the County Court (Bailiff's Fees) Order 1996 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
