LOT RENT INCREASE NOTICE

Notice to tenants from Dow Inc. Date of notice 6/20/2014

Pursuant to rules, North Carolina Administrative Code and Statutes, This serves as a notice of a lot rental amount increase for the Country Square Mobile Home Park. The rental amount increase will be effective September 1st 2014. The lot rent amount will increase as follows: $15.00 a month.

Last increase, September 1st 2011 from $195.00 to $205.00

Current increase, effective September 1st 2014 from $205.00 to $220.00

All Occupied lots 1- 119 as of September 1st 2014 will be $220.00 PER MONTH

This lot rent increase is due to an increase in operating cost such as, underground water and sewer repairs, property taxes, property insurance, property maintenance and all other operating costs involved.

Park management and Dow Inc. are working hard to keep Country Square Mobile Home Park a clean, quiet and safe place to live!
