1. Approximately how many contacts do you anticipate sending messages to using our system? Contacts between 1,500 and 3,000

2. Is the vendor required to have their own instance of Ellucian Banner or will they be given access to UCA's instance? The vendor should detail how they will interface with UCA’s Banner system. UCA expects, at a minimum, the necessary data elements required to create a person, admission and student records in Banner

The International Engagement Office has no CRM but Admissions (domestic) uses Ellucian Recruit.

    No comprehensive recruitment system in order to track leads or to schedule email communications; recruitment efforts have increased over last year and will continue in future

Very manual international admission process with heavy data-entry and concern for errors.

SEVIS integration needed for compliance issues including batch processing of student registration.

The RFP does not list the number of yearly international student applications or the number of international enrolled students. For 2017 it looks like you had 582 international students. Can you confirm this number and tell me the number of applicants so we can provide the most accurate pricing?

Fall 2017 enrollment was 582

Spring 2018 enrollment is 554

We are looking at around 1,100 international applicants a year.
