Corporate Account Registration Form

Part I: Notice

  1. This PDPC E-learning Assessment Corporate Account (“Corporate Account”) Registration Form (“Registration Form”) is for organisations to apply for a Corporate Account with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
  1. Upon successful registration of a Corporate Account, your organisation will be sent an organisation code via the email address of the Administrator as provided in the Registration Form. An organisation shall only disclose its organisation code to its employees. Your organisation will only be able to access the E-learning Assessment results of the persons who have entered your organisation’s code (and provided such other information as PDPC may reasonably require) when submitting their E-learning Assessment answers (the “users”).
  1. When informing your employees of your organisation code, please also inform them that by entering the organisation code, they will be consenting to PDPC’s disclosure of their results (together with their email address) to your organisation. Please note that disclosure by PDPC of these details of the users to your organisation is solely for the purpose of administering the Corporate Account. Your organisation is reminded to ensure compliance with the PDPA. In particular, your organisation will have to notify the users of the purposes for collecting, using and disclosing their personal data and obtain their consent, unless any exception under the PDPA applies.
  1. The Administrator as indicated in the Registration Form will be provided access to the Corporate Account administrator module via an email confirmation, and be able to login to view and retrieve the results of each user.
  1. Please note that the PDPC’s E-learning programme (including the Assessment module) is intended to only provide a general introduction to personal data protection law in Singapore. The contents are not intended to be an authoritative statement of the law or a substitute for legal advice. The PDPC, the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) and their respective members, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy, error or omission in the E-learning programme (including the Assessment module) or any Report or liable for any damage or loss of any kind as a result of any use of or reliance on the E-learning programme (including the Assessment module) or any Report.
  2. Please send the completed Registration Form to with the email header “PDPC E-learning Assessment Corporate Account – Your Organisation Name”.
  1. The PDPC may reject the application for a Corporate Account if you have not supplied sufficient information.
