A breakage deposit of R700will secure your booking. (Please do not depositcheques- as there is a delay on these)This is refundable and, will be paid into the account mentioned above, once the caravan has been inspected on its return to our site. Any damages will be deducted off this amount.
Bedding and dish clothes are to be supplied by yourself. Please do not eat in the caravan. Please leave all cutlery, crockery and pots clean on departure.
The caravan and tent will be erected by us. A fridge, hot plate and lights will also be connected. We supply an outside light for the tent, as well as table and chairs. (N.B.The stove, toilet and water are not in use in the caravan).
We also supply the following: toaster, kettle, water jug, tongs, opener frying pan lifter, frying pan, pots, plastic glasses, basic crockery and cutlery. Dishrack, basin and stand for the washing of your dishes. Clothes drying rack.
Please note the site booking and tariff are your responsibility and are to be made with the caravan park.

Please note:
- Should you wish to cancel your booking, your deposit shall be forfeited
- Should you wish to cancel your booking once the full amount has been paid, a month prior to arrival, we shall endeavour to assist you by rehiring the caravan, but if this is not possible unfortunately you will lose all monies paid. This covers us, so that we do not incur any loss of hire
Please understand, bookings are made months in advance and we turn away a lot of bookings due to this. So it is not always possible to rehire a caravan if left until the last month.
