2014 Spring Baseball Season

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

Huntington Valley Little League (HVLL), a division of Little League International of Williamsport, PA, exists to provide the youth of our community the opportunity to participate in a program where children learn baseball, good sportsmanship, team work and positive self-esteem.

In order to keep our registration fees reasonable and, since our ability to generate funds is limited, we’re asking members of our local business community to help sponsor our teams. Because we are a non-profit organization, sponsor fees are Tax Deductible (Tax I.D. No. 95-2675703). Fees also allow us to continue to provide all necessary equipment needed to run this program, as well as provide scholarships to families who cannot afford the sign up fees. No child is ever turned away from Little League because they cannot pay.

There are many types of sponsorship packages available (see the attached form for details). Please complete the form indicating which type of sponsorship you are interested in and return it with your check for the amount indicated to the HVLL Sponsor Chairperson. Also, please be sure to include two business cards.

If you would like your sponsor banner to be displayed on the field for Opening Day, please return your sponsor form and payment by the Feb 12th team parent meeting. Sponsor plaques will be distributed at the end of the season.

TYPE OF SPONSORSHIPS

Team Sponsor: $ 200.00

·  Sponsor’s name will appear on the HVLL web-site

·  Sponsors will receive a custom plaque with team picture identifying them as an HVLL Sponsor. Plaques are distributed mid-season.

Bronze Sponsor: $ 325.00

·  All of the “Team Sponsor” items listed above PLUS one 5’ x 3’ custom banner displaying the sponsor’s name and business information to be hung at one of the HVLL field fences from March until December. Note: Banners will be hung within 2-3 weeks from receipt of Sponsor form and payment.

Silver Sponsor: $ 525.00

·  All of the “Team Sponsor” items listed above PLUS two 5’ x 3’ custom banners to be displayed in two different locations at the HVLL fields.

Gold Sponsor: $1,025.00

·  All of the “Team Sponsor” items listed above PLUS three 5’ x 3’ custom banners displayed in three different locations at the HVLL fields.

Platinum Sponsor: $2,525.00

·  All of the “Team Sponsor” items listed above PLUS five 5’ x 3’ custom banners displayed in five different locations at the HVLL fields.

Diamond Sponsor: $5,000.00

·  All of the “Team Sponsor” items listed above PLUS five 5’ x 3’ custom banners displayed in five different locations at the HVLL fields and sponsor name on a scoreboard at the field for 5 years.

It is mutually agreed that the payment of the above consideration fulfills all obligations on the part of the sponsor and that the team shall be selected and directed by those persons to whom this responsibility is assigned by the HVLL Board of Directors. It is also understood that all funds collected shall be turned over to Huntington Valley Little League and shall be deposited into the General Fund. A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks and will deem this contract void.
