FTT Global are a leading global currency specialist that provide a web based online payment platform for Multinational Companies and Private Individuals. We are undergoing rapid growth and looking for a passionate, motivated person to join our successful team.
We feel this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with a strong Customer Service focus to be the first point of contact and support for our new and existing clients
  • Responsible for the experience of all new clients joining FTT Global. This will specifically involve explaining to the clients over the telephone how our system works, why we are different from other brokers and building trust and rapport with the client so they use our service.
  • Convert newly registered clients into active dealing clients.
  • Remain in constant communication with clientsand attend to all customer requirements.
  • Maintain the customer contact database – ensuring it is up to date and accurate.
  • Answer and resolve customer queries by phone and email.
  • Liaise with other members of the team to troubleshoot and resolve client/prospective client enquiries.
  • Outbound phone work to proactively contact our clients to inform them about new products and services as required.
  • Any other administrative/support tasks as required.
  • Produce monthly report to demonstrate the successful conversion of new clients

Qualifications: /
  • Ideally degree-educated have a degree or other further education qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent.
  • Minimum GCSE educated with grades A-C in all subjects incl. English and Maths.
  • Be able to demonstrate the key skills required for excellent customer service
