It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
STEP ONE: Submit the applicable Submission Form and indicate loan was previously an Express
Purchase Disclosure Option
STEP TWO:Upload required documentation to Blitz Docs and label as “Initial Docs Submission”
STEP THREE:Select the “Submit to Set Up” Action set in BlitzDocs

*ECOA valuations rule requires appraisal delivery to the borrower. If the borrower does not have an email or it is not provided the appraisal/valuation will be mailed to the borrower’s home address.

**Mini-Banker transactions require Safe Harbor Certification in lieu of Broker Compensation and Fee Cert.
